1. Consultation
We are happy to come and meet you to discuss your requirements and view the property or site. This is a free service for prospective clients. If you have employed an architect we will discuss your plans at this meeting and understand the site.
2. Pricing
Following the consultation we will review all design drawings and technical information from you, your architect and engineer. If you don’t yet have this information we can help you with this process. Once we have all the required information we can then provide you with a fixed price for the project which will be produced using a full schedule of works.
3. Appointment
If you are happy with the price and would like to choose us to build the project, this means our tender was successful. You can then appointed us as your contractor and we will then draw up the necessary contract documents to be signed and decide on a start date.
4. Construction
We will take care of the whole construction process, working with you and your chosen architects and/or engineers to ensure that the scheme is built just as it was envisaged – from paper to reality.
5. Completion
When the project is built we will take care of the finishing touches and inform you of how to use everything in the new building. We provide a period of guarantee, called a defects liability period after a project is completed.
