This project included a complete strip, gut and rear extension to a ground floor flat in a mansion block in Tooting, South London. All of the internal walls were removed and new steel work installed. Due to the form and shape of the extension, cantilever steels were installed to create the 2 different masses (one in charred timber and the other in reclaimed London Stock brick). White plastered walls and oak chevron flooring were installed throughout and all new electrics, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchen.
