Mount Pleasant Villas involved a new rear extension with large new kitchen diner and downstairs WC. Further refurbishment and fit out works throughout the rest of the property included the X2 receptions rooms, 1^st floor bathroom and hallway and hallways.

This project is due to complete October 2023.
