Boileau Road included a double-height rear extension and refurbishment with most of the existing structure, including the whole rear wall, being removed. In its place was built a double-height grey brick extension with sliding 3m-high doors. Due to the scale of the rear extension it was completed with a large rectangular steel frames. As the main contractor we were also responsible for all of the interior works including new bathrooms, kitchen, joinery etc.
